Challenge
Physicians Plus is a nationally recognized managed care organization focused on improving the health of its members and the communities it serves. Physicians Plus needed a cost effective way to communicate with various demographic groups on a regular basis – but required a tool that could be managed and controlled by internal employees.

Our Solution
IMS implemented ListManager Pro.

Result
IMS set up ListManager to power Physican Plus’ several email newsletter lists based on the needs of each stakeholder group, and developed distinct subscriber forms and user profile management forms based on the needs of each group. The “look and feel” of the newsletter template integrates with the organization’s Web site and the overall branding of Physicians Plus. Physicians Plus’ email templates also have mail merge codes, which allows for emails to contain personalized messages and allows e-mail recipients to manage their own subscription information.

Physicians Plus marketers are in complete control of their own on-line managed care and themselves create, manage, send, and track the results of direct mail promotions to their various target audiences in a timely manner. Physicians Plus also help keeps it health care communication costs in check by using more e-communications.
