Challenge
Downtown Madison, Inc. (DMI) works to ensure the health and vitality of downtown Madison through advocacy, member programs and involvement in all issues affecting the central city. The organization required a site that could be quickly and easily updated, would tie into their existing database, and could process ticket sales and membership renewals.

Our Solution
IMS implemented SiteManager.

Result
DMI’s Web site highlights the functionality required by the organization to communicate with its large and diverse stakeholder base: members of the association, visitors to Madison, and the businesses and residents who make up the Madison community. The site features an event calendar, an on-line “store” to process transactions for events and membership, and even a banner module so that different sponsors can display their logos on the site. The images, graphics, and layout of the site paint a great picture of what the city is all about – and be changed and updated by DMI’s own staff.

Visitors can find a wealth of information in a clear, intuitive and user-friendly way and learn about the great happenings in the city. Visitors are coming back again and again to DMI’s Web site – and to downtown Madison itself.
