Wisconsin Early Childhood Association

Challenge
Wisconsin Early Childhood Association (WECA) works to build a positive foundation for a lifetime of learning for Wisconsin's young children, and sought a way to simplify their cumbersome and complicated conference registration process. The Association also needed a website that could be updated quickly and easily, and would clearly communicate their mission and objectives to a wide range of audiences.

Our Solution
IMS implemented SiteManager.

Result
One of the functional highlights of the WECA Web site is the custom registration module that IMS designed. This tool has allowed the Association to streamline and simplify the otherwise complicated registration process for its many conferences and training events. IMS’s staff worked closely with WECA to understand their needs, and delivered an intuitive module that allows someone on the front end to register for a conference quickly and easily, and provides the required information to process the request to the appropriate people on the back end. Additionally, the site’s content is organized in a logical manner, the look and feel of the site is branded to WECA’s standards, and the internal staff at WECA can make updates to the site themselves.

WECA’s Web site showcases how elementary – and important - it is to simply processes whenever possible to reduce costs and allow resources to focus their attention on the important areas – in this case, on helping Wisconsin’s children.
