Payment terms are specified in individual client agreements. Generally, services are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from our marketing services. While we strive for the best possible outcomes, search engine rankings, traffic, and lead generation depend on many factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMS-NET, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website at any time without notice. Client service agreements may be terminated according to the terms specified in the individual agreement, typically with 30 days written notice.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
